Valerie Conklin enjoys the opportunity she has as managing editor to read lots of political coverage of the media she loves. She's been editing and copyediting for years and is currently a student at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism. Her work has been published by Bay City News, Local News Matters and NBC.
